Roles & Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble scaffolding structures based on project requirements.
• Ensure that scaffolds are installed and maintained in accordance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Measure, cut, and fit scaffolding materials (metal pipes, boards, etc.) to create safe platforms for workers.
• Inspect scaffolding to ensure it is structurally sound, stable, and secure.
• Work in collaboration with site managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to plan scaffold layouts and ensure the safe access to different construction areas.
• Ensure all scaffolding materials are properly handled, stored, and maintained.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Scaffolder or in a similar role in construction or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of various scaffolding types (e.g., tube and clip, modular, system scaffolding).
• Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings for scaffolding layouts.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations related to scaffolding work.
• Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights.
• Familiarity with scaffolding tools, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
