In joining, you’ll help federal, state and local government clients solve complex business issues and manage jurisdiction related risk. You’ll help our clients assess their operational and security and data management strategies so they can continue to operate more efficiently and effectively, both today and tomorrow.

Business Unit Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Government and Public Sector Business Unit and its Strategy and Transformation Management Consulting team – Labor Market Practice, where you will play a key role in developing and delivering strategy based projects, to clients in the Government and Public Sector in the Middle East. We focus on helping solve client problems by offering both strategic and operational expertise. We pride ourselves on building long-lasting relationships with companies and organizations, always ensuring that we are able to bring the best insights and solutions to help them tackle whatever critical issues they may face. You will be exposed to the PwC proprietary methodologies and tools built from experiences of numerous prior engagements and leading practices, to enable you to efficiently and effectively deliver to our clients in a timely and reliable manner.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Manager, you will be leading a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
• Be an active member of the Strategy and Transformation Management Consulting team within the Government and Public sector.
• Continuously expand on knowledge of the Middle East business environment and work with colleagues in all Middle Eastern offices on client work and internal initiatives as well as with international teams where appropriate.
• Collaborate with clients to identify social development opportunities aligned with their business objectives and industry best practices.
• Evaluate the social and environmental impact of client projects and initiatives, providing recommendations for mitigating risks and maximizing positive outcomes.
• Lead the development of social impact measurement frameworks and monitoring systems to track progress and demonstrate results.
• Be committed to professional development and continuous learning, with a passion for making a positive impact on society.
• Provide training and capacity-building support to client teams and partners on social development principles, tools, and techniques.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, regulations, and standards related to social responsibility, sustainability, and community development.
• Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client pitches and presentations.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the social development practice, encouraging experimentation and learning from successes and failures.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.

Requirements:

• Experience leading and managing social development projects, within a consulting or advisory environment.
• Proven track record of delivering results in complex and challenging environments, with a focus on driving measurable social outcomes.
• Strong understanding of social impact assessment methodologies, stakeholder engagement techniques, and sustainability frameworks.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and develop innovative solutions.
Experience in the Middle East region is an asset. Knowledge of the Saudi market is preferrable.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English. Arabic is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major with a preference for a Masters
• Years of Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience, of which minimum 5 years are in a Consulting firm.
