Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop documentation for identified projects. Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables.
• Gather and analyse technical and product information from various sources (such as product demonstrations, workshops, interviews, emails, or phone calls) to document new or changing product functionality.
• Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps and feature backlogs.
• Develop clear and concise technical documentation, including but not limited to: product requirements, consultant specifications, datasheets, user manuals, product guides, and release notes.
• Write, format, edit, review, and proofread procedural and technical information for technical and nontechnical users.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly documentation.

Requirement

• Prepare product requirement documents including market requirements, use cases, and user stories in a clear and concise manner to drive product execution into R&D.
• Develop detailed specifications for products, including non-functional aspects such as engineering for production aspects, security, quality, and reliability, in close collaboration and with active support from product manager.
• Support with the successful launch and handover documentation to Sales and Technical Delivery teams.
