Jobs Responsibilities:
• Manage effective onboarding and overseeing probationary reviews
• Identify themes from performance reviews and addressing accordingly
• Conduct Exit Interviews and reporting on associated data
• Ensure alignment with our internal Career Framework
• Develop and implement employee engagement programmes to continually improve engagement and retention
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure alignment and a unified HR delivery approach
• Provide leadership on talent management, including assessing, developing and coaching critical talent
• Effectively support M&A related activity including due diligence and integration planning and execution
• Drive the people aspects of integration activities for previously acquired entities
• Manage visa/work permit requirements
• Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations matters
• Act as day-to-day contact for our people managers and employees in Asia
• Foster a healthy organisational culture, further activating and driving our company principles through all talent related activities
• Develop and lead on HR projects and initiatives as required, e.g., talent management/succession planning, compensation and benefits initiatives
• Foster a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion across the organization
• Liaise and build effective working relationships with colleagues, both within the wider HR team and in other Corporate functions/Operational teams
