Job Purpose : The Digital DesignSpecialist will design the digital experience across web and mobilefor The Emirates Group.

In this role youll be expected to utilizeyour full range of product design interaction design and visualskills to build world class digital experiences.

The Digital Designer will create holistic designsolutions that address business brand and customer requirements andwill work closely with product managers software developers anduser experience researchers.

In this role you will :

• Design user journeys and digitalexperiences that are simple and elegant.
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with productmanagement engineering and user research to ensure a smooth digitalproduct development process.
• Give and receivefeedback from other designers to continually raise our bar forquality and consistency.
• Advocate for ourcustomers in a fastpaced corporate climate.
• Get involved in defining digital productstrategy for the different digital product portfolio.
• Leverage insights analytics and otherinformation touch points to define the experience in a way thatdelight customers and adds value to the Group.
• Build prototypes wireframes and any otherartefacts that contribute to the end to end digital productdevelopment process.
• Deliver digital designson multiple platforms.
• Create a digitalexperience that is consistent with the Emirates look and feel andbe an advocate of the Digital designstandards.

Qualifications& Experience :

To be considered for this role you must meetthe below requirements :

• Degree or Honours (123 orequivalent).
• 3 Years in Marketing &Media Communication or similar.
• 2 years ofexperience in a product design UX and / or UI design setting.
• Using guidelines or design systems to createhigh quality designs for websites or mobile apps.
• Experience designing for groups of people(international audiences multilanguage localisation accessibilityfor people with disabilities etc.)
• Proficientwith industry standard design tools e.g Figma
• Proficient with user experience / interfacedesign patters process and standard UCD methodologies.
• Datadriven design skills knowledge productionvalue and attention to detail.
• Ability tocommunicate clearly concisely and persuasively both verbally and inwriting.
• Ability to create wireframes as wellas interactive prototypes.
• A goodunderstanding of web standards ad accessibilitystandards.
