Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
• Lead the development of the annual budget, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including variance, trend, and scenario planning.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models to project future performance and support business initiatives.
• Manage rolling forecast process across all subsidiaries including cashflow and P&L forecast
• Coordinate between Management Reporting, Financial Reporting and Treasury that all assumptions relating to long term planning are aligned.
• Analysis of long term cash funding gap and mitigation plans.

2. Operations Finance:

• Oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize operational efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key operational metrics, providing analysis to drive operational improvements.
• Support supply chain and inventory management through financial analysis and reporting.

3.Business Partnering:

• Serve as a strategic business partner to various departments, providing financial guidance and support.
• Work closely with department heads to develop and monitor performance metrics and KPIs.
• Promote a culture of financial accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.

4. Reporting and Compliance:
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance, focusing on FP&A and operations finance.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and supporting strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
