You will work across the Data & Analytics sector, one of the most buoyant and in-demand areas across technology. With the support of your manager and tight-knit team, you will be well on your way to building out your own desk across the UK and US markets. All other consultants in this team have earnt over £50k in their first year at the company, and started building out their own teams within just 2 years.

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Working towards individual and team targets
• Cold-calling new businesses and pitching your services
• Headhunting new candidates through sourcing on LinkedIn
• Interviewing candidates and putting them forward with your clients, managing the end-to-end interview process and negotiating their contracts
• Advising clients and candidates on market conditions
• Building an online brand and posting relevant market content

The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
• Experience working alongside education – part-time work, internships, placements etc.
• Positive attitude with excellent problem solving skills
• Confident cold-calling and speaking with a range of individuals over the phone
• Resilient and motivated to build a successful career
