Job Summary

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring efficiency and productivity while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing staff, optimizing processes, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, including production, inventory management, and quality control.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise bakery staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for product quality and consistency.
• Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of ingredients and supplies.
• Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and control operational costs to meet financial goals.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategic plans for growth and expansion.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food industry.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
