Requirements:

• Must experience with Interior building Projects with 5 Years + Dubai experience
• Perfect Arabic or Chinese language speaker
• Must be provide previous projects list with name, size, location, responsibilities, project period and submission or handover date.
• Must be Civil Engineer license in Dubai Municipality with (G+1, G+4, G+8, G+12 or Infrastructure)
• Must be UAE Driving license holder

Responsibilities:

• Communication and presentation skills
• Project management skills
• Must be able to carry out the final inspections of all projects (luxury residential, commercial projects); rectify any snags and defects to achieve the satisfaction of clients on handing over the units.
• Facilitate the handover and DLP works through daily follow ups and ensure that all de-snagging works are completed.
• Must have completed a minimum of 10 Luxury Residential and Commercial projects in Dubai.
• IT Literate with Fluency in English is a must
• Must be able to prepare detailed daily, weekly and monthly work schedules with a proven history of delivering projects to client’s satisfaction
• Must have an eye for detail and should be technically sound to pre-empt possible issues in execution and find solutions.
• Must have knowledge about authorities’ standards of (DEWA, DCD, DDA, DM, Trakhees & DMCC etc).
• Undertake design project from concept to completion
• Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
• Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
• Set costs and project fees according to budget
• Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
• Excellent portfolio of previous works

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED9,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
