NHS Supply Chain are recruiting for an Account Support Manager in our Out of Hospital Care Team.
The purpose of this role is to own the front-line customer relationships, working with them to deliver value through joint activities whilst expanding our service offering.
Every day you will …
• Own the first line relationship with our customers, taking a consultative approach to build joint work plans, ultimately delivering savings back into the NHS.
• Acting as a first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
• Focus on broadening key operational relationships, driving value for customers and owning the operational relationships.
• Ensure compliance by ensuring customers comply with any agreed activities/changes that deliver value. Challenges and/or escalates to line management any areas/incidents of non-compliance.
• Accountable for delivering growth / KPIs within your assigned accounts, and ensuring our Customer Relationship Management system is reflective of activity undertaken.
