Job Purpose: To upsell the F&B product and service portfolio to existing and new customers through telephone calls and emails in addition to supporting the Outdoor Sales team with the administrative work.
Key Result Areas:
Persuade potential and existing customers through emails and telephone calls to generate qualified sales leads and improve business relationship to achieve assigned sales target.
Carry out the administrative tasks such as placing order for samples, updating quotations to support the department to achieve targets through profitable business relationships.
Gather information on competitors, trends, pricing in the market and prepare analytical reports to enable appropriate and timely decision-making.
Track sales achievement against targets of the team and inform the team in a timely manner to provide continuous visibility to sales achievements and targets.
Resolve, escalate sales-related enquires and complaints from customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor the stocks, sales and movements of each SKU, maintain and analyse the data to present the findings to be able to make business decisions.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material and events to achieve departmental goal
Assist the team in preparing required documents for exporting the products in accordance with the relevant export regulation.
Education Qualification:
- High school diploma
Work Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in FMCG foodservice industry.
