Job Description:

Universal Health Services is seeking a dedicated Client Service Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a part-time, remote work position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

– Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to provide assistance and resolve issues
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
– Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of any issues
– Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients
– Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients
– Collaborate with team members to improve overall client experience
– Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels
– Handle escalated client concerns with patience and empathy

Requirements:

– Passionate about providing top-notch customer service
– Adaptable to changing priorities and environments
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to think creatively and critically to find solutions
– Previous experience in customer service or a related field
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
– High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred
