Job Description:

Land O’Lakes is seeking a hardworking and driven Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities:

– Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
– Manage client accounts and ensure their needs are met in a timely manner
– Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
– Analyze client data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
– Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support client retention and growth
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
– Proven experience in client service or a similar role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
– Creativity and analytical thinking skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
– Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
