I am looking for an Enterprise Account Manager with successful experience in the B2B SaaS domain to join a German start-up that works on modernizing and digitalizing automotive manufacturing.
You will:
• Be responsible for pipeline generation, opportunity management and closing of high-value deals for the company’s SaaS solution.
• Actively identify new, suitable prospects via cold messaging or cold calling, such as CTOs, IT managers or technical end users.
• Develop suitable measures and initiatives to achieve your monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Ensure a consistent and accurate sales forecast through conscientious and complete documentation in Salesforce.
• Work closely with the solution engineers and the value team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
You have:
• fluency in both spoken and written English and German.
• 5 years of experience in SaaS sales – ideally in an industry relevant to the automotive or machine building.
• Experience in strategic account planning and identifying new business cases as well as up- and cross-selling opportunities.
• Understanding of complex sales cycles.
• Experience defining specific solutions with added value together with the customer.
• Experience in communicating to C-level confidently and in a target group-oriented manner.
• Experience in leading complex negotiations with the aim of a successful sale in the enterprise segment.
• Experience with current CRM solutions such as Salesforce and methodological frameworks.
• Experience processing a wide range of sales opportunities in parallel and prioritize them appropriately.
The location of this position is in Berlin, but depending on the customer it can also involve moderate traveling around Germany.
