About the Role:

• Position: Full-Time Mixed Year 4/5 Teacher
• Location: Edenbridge, Kent
• Start Date: January 2025

Key Responsibilities of the Year 4/5 Teacher:

• Planning and delivering the Key Stage 2 curriculum for a mixed Year 4/5 class, tailoring lessons to meet the diverse needs and abilities of the pupils.
• Creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment where Year 4 and Year 5 pupils feel confident and motivated to learn.
• Developing core skills in literacy and numeracy through well-structured lessons that challenge and inspire pupils.
• Promoting teamwork, independence, and resilience among Year 4/5 pupils, helping them prepare for the next stages of their education.
• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining communication with parents to support their child’s development.
