Job Description:

Etihad Airways is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time entry-level position, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through the web chat platform
– Guide customers through the booking process, address any concerns or issues, and provide accurate information about our services
– Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs effectively
– Enhance the customer experience by engaging in meaningful and personalized interactions
– Present information clearly and effectively to assist customers in making informed decisions
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
– Meet and exceed customer service targets and KPIs
– Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:

– 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
– Energetic and driven personality
– Strong emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and connect with customers
– Excellent presentation skills
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
