Position

Within the Mall, the Uber Luxury Manager is a Pillar to the store activity on their VIP customer relationship management.
• Ensure all Salon Prive targets and objectives are achieved, with Boutique Manager.
• Representing within the Salon Prive Maison (Ambassador and Host).
• Engage the boutique VIP Managers team, in driving their clients to Salon Prive and offered and offered Uber luxury categories.
• Develop new talents with Uber luxury mindset and culture.
• Contribute & participate in the Salon Prive full year client engagement plan, in coordination with the Boutique Director.
• Build a strong relation with all Elite and super Elite Clients.
• Recruit and upgrade Uber luxury clients.
• Create an exceptional client experience by delivering the ultimate service and Uber luxury know how to our clients.
• Coordinate with marketing team on hosting all special event related to the season key dates or one to one approach with top clients
• Daily one-to- one clients planning for Salon Prive within the Boutique (Calendar of Appointments)
• Develop VIP Client Managers Team on Uber Luxury.
• Attending all appointments with Elite Clients for Haute Couture.

Objectives To Be Set Based On Below
• Daily one to one client planning for the Boutique’s Salon Prive.
• Target defined on Super, Elite, VVIC recruitments and upgrading.
• Team Development: leading a team with Salon Prive culture (train develop, know-how and expertise)
• Events planning and key activities of the Salon with a set ROI objective.
• Business objective of Salon Prive based on 15% of boutique TO.
• Responsible for all Salon Prive instore events & Villas.
