Roles & Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service while efficiently managing data entry tasks related to retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner and helpful attitude
  • Coordinate with florists and storekeeper for client’s order preferences and supplies needed.
  • Accurately input customer information, sales data, and inventory details into the database.
  • Update product descriptions, pricing, and stock levels in the system.
  • Ensure all data entry tasks are completed with high attention to detail and within required timeframes.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and organizing documents.
  • Support store operations by providing accurate data to relevant departments.
