Roles & Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service while efficiently managing data entry tasks related to retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner and helpful attitude
- Coordinate with florists and storekeeper for client’s order preferences and supplies needed.
- Accurately input customer information, sales data, and inventory details into the database.
- Update product descriptions, pricing, and stock levels in the system.
- Ensure all data entry tasks are completed with high attention to detail and within required timeframes.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and organizing documents.
- Support store operations by providing accurate data to relevant departments.
