The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an English Tutor to join the Functional Skills Team and we are looking for individuals who can make a significant difference to the development and skills of our learners. You will deliver Functional Skills qualifications across our provision, delivering within a range of venues such as our five training and education centres, local community venues, online and in workplaces. There will be opportunity to design innovative learning courses to engage and build the skills of learners and we want to create an inclusive and integrated learning environment that welcomes and supports all learners. We want to enable progression into qualification courses for learners working between entry level 3 and level 2 and support a high rate of achievement for learners on our study programmes, apprenticeships and adult learning programmes.
We are on a journey to look at new ways to grow and develop our delivery by being more creative and versatile in our approach to teaching and are already enhancing our delivery methods through online and classroom learning. Minimum Grade 5 (£18,032) – Maximum Grade 7 (£24,107) as this is a Part Time Post.
