Job Summary/Description of the Trainer for Contract Management in Dubai

Trainer for Contract Management
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
• Preparing the training materials for the content of contract management
· Preparing activities suited to the target audience during the training program
• Delivering the content in tandem with a suitable activity for the trainer with high-impact
· Involving in the assessment and feedback process, if needed
Required Skills:
• A Master’s Degree in Business Management or a related field, PhD holders can also apply.
· Proven experience of 3-5 years in conducting corporate training at mid- to senior levels.
• Demonstrated ability to engage the trainees and bring the desirable change post-training
• Excellent level of communication and presentation
Compensation:
As per the industry standards in the UAE
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 6 – 12 per week
