Waagner Biro is seeking a skilled Traffic Foreman with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience. The ideal candidate will oversee traffic control operations, ensure compliance with the Traffic Management Plan, and support construction activities while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Traffic Control Operations:
– Perform all traffic control operations and manage personnel involved.
– Ensure smooth and safe flow of traffic during construction activities.

Safety Compliance:
– Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with the approved Traffic Management Plan in all operations.

Traffic Management Administration:
– Administer the Traffic Management Plan in coordination with Construction Managers.
– Maintain field operations in strict compliance with the plan.

Operational Support:

– Ensure timely execution of traffic control operations to support ongoing construction activities.

Supervision and Leadership:
– Provide limited supervision to team members through motivation, direction, and feedback.
– Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with project requirements.

Minimum Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE.

Skills Required:

– Knowledge of Traffic Management Plans and safety regulations in the UAE.
– Strong leadership and communication skills to manage personnel effectively.
– Ability to work under pressure and ensure smooth coordination with construction teams.

Additional Requirements:

– Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
– Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage.
