Job Purpose:

– To teach across the Early Years Foundation Stage or the Primary Phase enabling an outstanding, holistic, and dynamic experience for our students which lead to exceptionally high outcomes.

– To have a Degree/PGCE in Education with QTS
– Be committed to the pursuit of excellence for all
– Demonstrate very strong subject knowledge across either the Early Years Foundation Stage or the National Curriculum for England in the Primary Phase
– Deliver consistently outstanding teaching and learning experiences; collaborating and sharing best practice.
– Use student data to optimise progress and personalise learning
– Have a High Performance Mindset, being reflective and solution focused at all times
– Be creative and enthusiastic in approach to teaching
– Be committed to the safeguarding of, and the personal and social development of students
– Work effectively with colleagues, students and parents using excellent interpersonal skills
– Have aspiration to work in a World-Class school with real prospects for career enhancement
– Make a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our extra-curricular programme and community based events
