As a Talent Acquisition Officer at our company in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. You will play a crucial role in building a talented and diverse workforce to support the company’s growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Conduct in-person interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices in recruitment and selection.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and candidate status.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Preferred Candidate:

• 1-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Experience in using social media and other online platforms for recruitment purposes.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
