Join Fourth Lane Swimming Club in the United Arab Emirates. This job will provide the successful candidate with a range of responsibilities developing swimmers of varying ages and abilities within our Club program. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys crafting a swimmer’s foundation skills in our leisure programs to eventually enter our competitive squads. Coaches will also have the opportunity to work with more senior age-group swimmers looking to train and develop their technical abilities in the pool. Fourth Lane Swimming Club is known for having senior and junior coaches work closely to align their expertise and knowledge to provide the best program to our swimmers
. We are looking for candidates eager to progress in their careers and who relish the opportunity to push themselves to take on new challenges. Qualifications: Swim England Swimming Coach Certificate/Level 2 Coaching Aquatics qualification (or equivalent). Exceptional communication skills and experience in a customer-facing environment, able to respond appropriately and professionally with swimmers and parents face-to-face, phone and email. An up-to-date lifeguard qualification. Must have a valid driving license. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience delivering lessons to a range of abilities and age groups. Knowledge and Skills:
Customer service and relationship management skills. Maintaining confidentiality. Confidence and ability to develop positive relationships. Problem-solving and conflict resolution. Excellent time management skills. Effective communication skills.
