Market leading Company has an opening for a SuccessFactors In-House Consultant. Join an established and successful business who recently implemented SuccessFactors and are now looking for a person to be responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining the modules internally.

This is a permanent role, based in the North Rhine-Westphalia region (Hybrid – 2/3 days a week from home), paying up to €120.000.

You’ll join an established team, concentrated in the North Rhine-Westphalia region, as the SuccessFactors In-House Expert and you will be the main point of contact for Key Users around the globe, providing training and support where needed. You will collaborate with the wider HR team and external AMS consultants to further optimise and enhance the modules.

Profile requirements:

SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least one of the following modules: Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing and/or Onboarding
Experience in configuration, support and maintenance of the above SuccessFactors modules
Previous exposure to a global environment and collaboration with different teams within the company (HR, IT, etc..)
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and German
Eligibility to work and live in Germany
