The Role:

You’ll be at the forefront of our growth, focusing on the Southwestern Ontario region, including Tillsonburg, Woodstock/Ingersoll, St. Thomas, and the Tri-city area. Your key responsibilities will include:

🔹 Qualifying new clients and identifying business opportunities

🔹 Conducting market research and generating leads

🔹 Building and nurturing strong client relationships

🔹 Negotiating rates and managing sales pipelines

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 5+ years of B2B sales experience

✅ Proven skills in cold calling, market research, and lead generation

✅ Excellent communication and customer service abilities

✅ Results-driven with a “go-getter” attitude

✅ Strong organizational and time-management skills

✅ Experience in staffing industry sales is a plus

✅ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field is an asset
