The Role:
You’ll be at the forefront of our growth, focusing on the Southwestern Ontario region, including Tillsonburg, Woodstock/Ingersoll, St. Thomas, and the Tri-city area. Your key responsibilities will include:
πΉ Qualifying new clients and identifying business opportunities
πΉ Conducting market research and generating leads
πΉ Building and nurturing strong client relationships
πΉ Negotiating rates and managing sales pipelines
What Weβre Looking For:
β 5+ years of B2B sales experience
β Proven skills in cold calling, market research, and lead generation
β Excellent communication and customer service abilities
β Results-driven with a “go-getter” attitude
β Strong organizational and time-management skills
β Experience in staffing industry sales is a plus
β Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field is an asset
