Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, managing staff, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities :
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment.
• Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
• Train and coach staff on excellent customer service practices.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store staff.
• Create work schedules assign tasks, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive and motivated work environment.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and markdowns.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Implement loss prevention measures.
• Ensure that products are displayed attractively and according to brand guidelines.
• Rotate merchandise and update displays regularly.
• Manage the store budget and control expenses.
• Prepare sales and financial reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar retail management role.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
