Here’s what it takes to join us on our mission to become the Fastest Sports Brand in the world: What We’re Looking For:Leadership Experience: 2-4 years in management within a customer-focused retail environment, preferably in apparel/footwear.Sales Acumen: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets while managing payroll and expenses.Talent Development: A knack for identifying, training, and retaining top talent.Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with and inspire both your team and customers.Operational Excellence: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects and events.Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and other essential tools.PUMA supports over 19,000 employees across 120+ countries.
