Why does this role exist?

We are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Coordinator to manage our recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes. This role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction by effectively coordinating staffing needs, conducting recruitment activities, and supporting the onboarding of new employees.

The Impact you’ll make

• Recruitment & Hiring:
• Post job advertisements and screen resumes
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the hiring process
• Collaborate with external staffing agencies and recruitment firms
• Staffing Coordination:
• Create and manage employee work schedules
• Ensure adequate coverage and handle shift changes
• Proactively reach out to staffing providers for staffing needs
• Employee Relations & Compliance:
• Address staffing issues and employee concerns
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Handle documentation including contracts and timesheets
• Reporting & Analytics:
• Track and report on key staffing metrics (e.g., attendance, turnover, overtime)
• Provide insights to improve staffing processes and efficiency

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

Hard Requirements:

• Strong experience in actively reaching out to providers for staffing needs
• Excellent communication skills with ability to provide instantaneous feedback
• Tech-savvy with experience in digital organization and adaptability to new technologies
• Experience in staffing coordination or a similar role
• Proficiency in HR software systems, preferably Rippling HR
• Can commit to a full-time position: 40 hours per week
• Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday
• WFH Set-Up:
• Computer with at least an Intel i3 core processor
• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
• Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation
• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
