What the job involves

• As our Sponsorship Sales Manager, you’ll be the architect of engagement, creating meaningful bridges between companies and our purpose-driven events,
• Your mission? To identify, engage, and inspire the right companies to partner with our exclusive gatherings,
• You’ll offer them an invigorating alternative to stale trade shows, providing experiences that are both refreshing and profoundly meaningful,
• 🎯 Identify and research potential sponsors to build a robust pipeline,
• Lead the sales journey from initiation to closure, creating lasting professional relationships,
• 🔍 Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to engage prospects,
• 💡 Craft compelling sales proposals that highlight the unique value of our events,
• 🌐 Leverage social media and other platforms to amplify our reach and engage potential sponsors,
• 📊 Manage and continually refine our CRM, ensuring every interaction counts,
• ✈️ Travel to our events to foster relationships (destinations include Napa, Palm Springs, Miami Beach, Austin, and more)
