Job description

We are seeking a technically skilled individual to assist in implementing new software tools and workflows for a pool cleaning and maintenance business. Your primary responsibility will be to execute the technical aspects of the project to implement new software including set up of Zuper and integrations with Stripe and Quickbooks.

Key tasks –

• Transition from WooCommerce to Stripe Subscriptions for managing recurring billing.
• Implement Stripe Checkout on the company’s website for customer signups.
• Set up Zuper for field service management, including scheduling and job tracking.
• Configure workflows for maintenance requests and job status updates.
• Test all systems and workflows to ensure proper functionality.
• Document setup processes, configurations, and any custom workflows created.

Qualifications:

• Experience with software implementation, particularly Zuper, QuickBooks Online, Stripe, or similar tools and the integration of these software’s.
• Basic front-end web development skills
• Familiarity with JavaScript for embedding tools like Stripe Checkout or creating simple calculators (preferred but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools like Zapier. (preferred).
• Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks independently.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience with field service management software like Zuperor similar platforms.
• Familiarity with API integrations (e.g., Stripe, QuickBooks Online).
• Understanding of subscription billing processes.

Working Arrangement

Contract role 1-2 month with possibility for extension.
Remote work option.

Project-Based Fee: Negotiable based on scope and deliverables.
