As a Social Media Manager at Epic Games, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our vibrant community of gamers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, art, and product development, to create compelling narratives and build brand loyalty. • *Key Responsibilities:**

– **Content Creation & Management:**

– Develop, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
– Create engaging graphics, videos, and written content that resonates with our target audience and adheres to brand guidelines.

– **Strategy Development:**

– Formulate and execute social media strategies that align with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
– Analyze social media trends, competitors, and best practices to continuously refine strategies and improve overall performance.

– **Community Engagement:**

– Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster a positive atmosphere.
– Actively participate in conversations relevant to our brand and the broader gaming community to increase engagement and visibility.

– **Analytics & Reporting:**

– Track and analyze key performance metrics using social media tools and analytics platforms.
– Prepare regular reports assessing the impact of social media initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.

– **Collaboration:**

– Work collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives.
– Collaborate with influencers, streamers, and gamers to enhance promotional efforts and reach diverse audiences.

– **Corporate Social Responsibility:**

– Participate in and contribute ideas to corporate social responsibility initiatives that give back to the gaming community and foster inclusivity and diversity.
– Help promote and support Epic Games’ involvement in charitable activities and community outreach.

• *Requirements:**

– 3 years of experience in social media management or a related field, preferably in the gaming or technology industry.
– Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies.
– Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for persuasion and public presentation.
– Strong creative writing skills and an eye for design to produce captivating content.
– Motivated and dedicated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
– An understanding of current gaming trends and a passion for gaming culture.
