TopTalent Recruitment Agency is working with a leading Telecommunications company who are looking to recruit a German-speaking Site Acquisition Consultant to join their team in Hanover office.

WORK MODEL

• On site, candidate must be based in Hanover, Germany

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Searching for suitable locations for telecom antennas and identifying potential landlords
• Completing site visits by travelling to identified locations and capturing geospatial data and visual reports
• Successfully signing lease agreements with landlords through negotiating terms
• Maintaining up-to-date information in our custom software
• Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals

REQUIREMENTS

• Native level of German with fluency in English
• Ability to travel throughout Germany for business
• Sales or negotiations experience
• Extraordinary negotiations skills are an absolute necessity
• Great communication skills
• Computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
