• Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Oversee, train, and motivate showroom staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support.
• Promote constant communication within the team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
• Set and track sales targets, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary.
• Analyze sales reports, providing insights into performance, product trends, and customer feedback.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and growth through market trend analysis.
• Foster a customer-centric approach among the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Implement and improve showroom-related processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs efficiently.
• Develop and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Maintain high stock accuracy through regular stock counts.
• Identify and address root causes of stock discrepancies.
• Ensure sufficient stock levels in the showroom.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the automotive or retail industry, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and inspire a sales team.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
• Operational efficiency in managing showroom processes and collaborating with other departments.
• Strong analytical skills for market trend analysis and sales performance evaluation.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
