Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Oversee, train, and motivate showroom staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support.
- Promote constant communication within the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
- Set and track sales targets, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary.
- Analyze sales reports, providing insights into performance, product trends, and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and growth through market trend analysis.
- Foster a customer-centric approach among the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Implement and improve showroom-related processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs efficiently.
- Develop and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours.
- Maintain high stock accuracy through regular stock counts.
- Identify and address root causes of stock discrepancies.
- Ensure sufficient stock levels in the showroom.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the automotive or retail industry, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and inspire a sales team.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
- Operational efficiency in managing showroom processes and collaborating with other departments.
- Strong analytical skills for market trend analysis and sales performance evaluation.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
