Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and possess excellent leadership skills.

Job Duties:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Handle transactions and maintain accurate financial records
• Develop a positive work environment, assigning and monitoring job tasks and providing overall support to technicians, general laborers, and other shop employees.
• Inspect and quality control shop employees’ work.
• Set goals and objectives. Manage the production activities work of the repair
• Prioritize work to achieve best-in-class customer service.
• Maintain accurate repair order flow to satisfy shop and customer requirements.
• Manage and schedule the current capacity of repair
• Manage, oversee, and populate data into a computerized workflow tracking system.
• Collaborate with other key business functions.
• Work with finance on customer invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Work with the purchasing & materials department on vendor purchasing & payments

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in shop management or senior industry experience
• A complete understanding of the day to day collision repair duties including estimating, production scheduling and meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with insurance repair procedures and guidelines
• knowledge of Mitchell and Repair Center software
• Possess a valid drivers’ license.

Job Type:

Full-time

Pay:

$20.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
