Roles & Responsibilities
Preparing and forecasting yearly maintenance budget for the Starch Factory
Customer Service (Internal) – Execute predictive/preventive maintenance plans to eliminate equipment breakdowns & minimize downtimes to keep plant in optimum operating condition & achieve higher plant productivity.
Monitor annual maintenance contractors to ensure maintenance of plant & equipment is carried out in accordance with maintenance contracts to ensure the smooth operation of the plant, and develop the roadmap for the implementation of Operational Excellence program for maintenance
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/industrial engineering preferred.
- Starch experience.
- Proven experience as maintenance manager &/ or Operational Excellence Manager
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- Preferably Green Belt certified.
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of Starch Factory
- At least 10 Years of experience as Maintenance Manager & 3 Years of Operational Excellence.
