Roles & Responsibilities

Experience in Large-Scale Pricing – manage the full pricing process for large infrastructure projects with pricing from first principles, competitive bidding strategies, and understanding market-specific costs in the UAE.
Tender Management and Leadership – Candidates is expected to lead tender submissions from start to finish. This includes hands-on pricing, coordinating with procurement and technical teams, and ensuring a competitive and accurate submission.
Material Take-Offs – Experience in material take-offs (MTO) Electrical Estimators with a background in MTOs. Expert in accurately assess quantities of materials required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Senior-level Electrical Estimator with 12 years of experience in major building projects. Candidate with expertise in managing large-scale pricing and in-depth material analysis for infrastructure projects.
