Job Description

• Handling whole accounting functions and cycle (journal entries, ledgers, trial balance…)
• Handling financial closings and required adjustments (monthly, quarterly and year-end)
• Preparing financial statements
• Preparing accounting and financial analysis
• Management and settlement of cash and banks reconciliations
• Management of suppliers, customers and inter-companies’ transactions
• Coordinate audit assignments and fulfill relevant requirements

Job Requirements

• From 4 to 7 years/max experience in accounting “preferred retail business”
• Familiar with UAE rules, laws and regulations
• Familiar with accounting standards “e.g. IFRS”
• Fair leadership skills “in case of managing the current accountants”
• Strong ability to fulfill obligations and commitments
• Good time-management skills
• Good communication skills
• High ethical standards “Loyalty, Integrity, Transparency…)
