About The Role

Join Securitas as a Security Escort and take the next step in your career in the Security Industry.

As a Security Escort, you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and confidentiality across secure sites, providing professional and discreet security-focused hosting services.

You will work 48 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with core hours between 07:00 and 19:00.

The position required you to have a valid SIA license.

Based in the Thames Valley region and M4 corridor, this role requires a full driving license and access to your own vehicle, with some fuel expenses covered.

We are offering a Fixed Term contract for 6 months (with the potential to extend the role for a further 3 months). We have positions available for site-based Escorts and a relief who will be willing to work between our Bracknell and Swindon sites.

Job Opportunity

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Meet, greet, and assist visitors/staff and contractors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring all accurate and relevant information is communicated.
• Completion of day-to-day tasks and being reactive to unpredictable changes which may occur throughout the day.
• Work with the security team and other employees on site to ensure escorting tasks run smoothly on site.
• To ensure all security protocols on site are adhered to when performing escorting duties.
• To raise all concerns to the Escorting manager which may occur when on site, maintaining an alert and vigilant approach to ascertain any potential threats or changes within the workplace.

Essential Skills

Essential criteria:

• Must have right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history.
• Full UK Clean Driving Licence with access to own vehicle.
• SIA license.
• At least 1 year experience within the Security industry or similar.
• Team player but can work on own initiative.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Customer focused with proven customer service experience.
