Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the performance and the daily operations of the ITS Service Management and quality. Responsible for oversight and coordination of the Service Management and quality program.

Reporting to Executive Director, Information Technology

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to senior management in regard to regulations, policies, applicable laws and compliance issues.
• Responsible for designing and implementation of IT processes, policies and controls to assure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements as well as industry leading practices.
• Support the corporate risk analysis and self-assessments programs for various IT units, systems and processes.
• Establish and oversee a formal vulnerability and testing program.
• Liaise with Internal Audit, Corporate Compliance, and Risk Management to remediate new and outstanding issues.
• Coordinate with the respective corporate teams on implementing Information Security, Business Continuity and Data Privacy initiatives within ITS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years progressive IT, service management experience out of which 3 in a GRC Management position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• ITIL V3 Expert Certification preferred.
• ISO 20000 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer preferred .
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and/or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) is a plus.
• Project Management Certification is a plus.
• COBIT Foundation Certification is a plus.
