We’re currently looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic Transformation team.

Reporting to the Manager, Automation & Business Intelligence, the Salesforce Developer will work on our existing Salesforce implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in development and a passion for using technology to create social change.

What you will do

• Enhance and maintain our Salesforce implementation, with a focus on Experience Cloud, Flows, Apex, and Data management
• Collaborate with our existing development team to design and implement new features and functionality
• Optimize our use of Salesforce products, including Non-Profit Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud
• Develop custom solutions to meet our organization’s unique needs
• Ensure data integrity and system performance
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed

What you will bring

Experience:

• Computer Science Degree
• Minimum of 3 years of development experience
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and process automation
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I or II, Experience Cloud Consultant) an asset
• Experience with Non-Profit Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud an asset

Attributes:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with data management and integration techniques
• Previous experience working in the non-profit sector an asset
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies an asset
