Job Title: Sales Support Administrator
Location: Remote working with 1-2 days a week in our Northampton Office
Salary: £23K – £26K DOE + Bonus
Job Type: Permanent – Full Time. 37 Hours Mon-Friday.

We are looking for a driven and detail-orientated Sales Support Administrator to play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our sales team while enhancing customer relationships. This role involves managing administrative tasks, resolving customer queries and providing comprehensive reporting. • Provide daily administrative support for the Partnerships Sales team, including assisting the Partnerships Sales Manager with partner reports, commission summaries and Salesforce data.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries throughout their energy supply (or others) contracts submitted through OnlineDIRECT
• Maintain accurate records of sales, partner and customer information using Salesforce
• Support the team with a range of administration duties to ensure sales are processed, including managing change of tenancies, billing queries and other related tasks
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to deliver an outstanding service and efficiently resolve queries
• Assist with pre-sales information requests to ensure timely and accurate contract processing
• Ensure all documents are correctly logged for each partner, maintaining a ‘right first time’ approach to sales quality and administrative processes
• Provide regular reporting to monitor sales performance, ensuring high levels of accuracy
• Previous experience in a Utilities background desirable
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
• Preferably, experience in a sales environment supporting a sales team
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Customer orientated with a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities
• A confident, friendly and professional telephone manner is essential
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high accuracy work levels
• Hardworking, conscientious and eager to grow and develop within the role
