We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and drive our paint sales to new heights.

Role Overview:

Do you have a proven track record in selling waterproofing products, paints or other sustainable coatings and a passion for driving sales success? We want to hear from you! As our Sales Representative, you’ll leverage your industry expertise to build strong client relationships, expand our market share, and contribute to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets in the relevant sector.
• Identify and engage potential clients, including contractors, builders, business / homeowners and retail outlets.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our range of paints and solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Travel within the U.A.E. to meet clients, conduct site visits, and attend industry events.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients based on their needs and project requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in the waterproofing or paints industry, with a strong understanding of the relevant products and applications.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools.
