We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at JD Sports and help us to continue driving high-performance sales. We require someone with a strong background in retail sales management and a passion for sportswear and fashion. If you are a people-person with great communication skills and the ability to motivate a team, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong knowledge of store operations, customer service, and staff development. They will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and competition to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and develop new sales personnel.
• Develop and execute promotional plans to increase sales.
• Oversee store operations and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels in a timely manner.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
