To support our mission, JAMP Pharma is currently seeking a sales manager on the Ontario territory.

You will be responsible of various exciting projects :

Product/Industry Knowledge

• Commitment to studying details of all products in the JAMP portfolio and identifying niche opportunities.
• Being fully informed on all current industry developments and providing key insights to corporate customers

Relationship Management

• Develop effective personal and working relationships with clients and other members of the sales team
• Comfortable in casual interactions as well as tense negotiation environments

Negotiation skills

• Ability to effectively negotiate on behalf of JAMP Pharma in such a way as to create mutually beneficial partnerships

Business Development and entrepreneurial spirit

• Ability to identify opportunities to grow sales, propose a plan and execute it to expand market share
• Ability to deliver quality presentations to internal and external stakeholders

Strategic Thinking

• Ability to generate reports and translate data into actionable steps in order to drive more business into corporate accounts
• Very strong presentation skills and expert level knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint

To be successful and happy in this role, it is important to have the following skills and qualifications:

• University degree
• A minimum of 5 years of generic pharmaceutical or territory management/ sales experience with proven track record of strong, organization skills, strength in execution of programs, initiative, sales incentives and contest or equivalence
• A minimum of 3 years management experience leading of team territory managers/ sales representatives
• Extensive travel will be required for field days, training initiatives, tradeshows, meetings, conferences and JAMP functions
• Very frequent in-person meeting with customers
• Frequent customer relationship building activites
