Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize sales performance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales teams to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, team leads, quality & training and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track progress and ensure accountability.
- Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.
- Mandatory languages : English, Hindi (Any regional language will be a plus)
