Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize sales performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales teams to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, team leads, quality & training and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track progress and ensure accountability.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Mandatory languages : English, Hindi (Any regional language will be a plus)
