Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the role is to identify opportunities and develop relationships with Corporate and Institutional clients / customers . We would like to build and develop the channel.

Job Description

Carve out a sales strategy for penetrating the Corporate, Institution and for that matter any out of home segment that we are not servicing currently. This will then need to be driven and executed, once strategy to penetrate this segment is approved by Leadership.
Own the Corporate institutional channel vertical with full P n L responsibility. Needless to mention this would include Revenue and margin targets.
Build and develop customer base – through new account opening, business tie ups etc.
Focus on customer intimacy and relationship building with stakeholders across key customers.
Follow through on collections and ensure that this is line with credit assigned by customer In conjunction with Marketing team, finalize brand building and business development plans through Event Management, promotions etc.
Work closely with other departments for smooth operations and achievement of business numbers

Competencies / Skills required

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic candidates who are adept at managing HORECA sales
  • Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to close business General understanding of the markets and channel

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years work experience in Corporate / institution channel.
  • Demonstrate ability to forge relationship with customers across levels.
  • Experience in F&B / FMCG sales
