The Role

Join our team of Sales professionals as a talented and dynamic Sales Executive. You will be the first point of contact for prospective Pepperstone clients, actively engaging with them over the phone and email. Your mission is to convert our Middle East leads by providing custom solutions to overcome their unique challenges. By developing a strong understanding of our products and platforms, you will be able to promote our brand and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to

• Skillfully nurture and manage leads
• Transform leads into valued trading clients
• Provide guidance to clients regarding funding options
• Address trade-related inquiries from clients
• Build and sustain strong relationships with our current clients
• Support your teammates in any capacity needed
• Consistently uphold compliance standards
• Work closely with other essential internal departments, especially operations back office and support
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience whenever possible

About you

• Outstanding customer service and sales expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for negotiation
• Solid grasp of financial markets
• Quick learner, eager to acquire new skills and knowledge
• Strong numerical aptitude; comfortable working with figures
• Adept at collaborating effectively within a team
• Passionate about lifelong learning, improvement, and innovation
• Embodies the core values of Pepperstone
• Dedicated to continuous professional development

Nice to have:

• A background in sales is a valuable asset
• Experience in trading or a keen interest in learning trading strategies is highly sought after
• Familiarity with MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and Trading View software will be greatly appreciated
• Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language (Arabic and/or Hindi) is highly regarded
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field is a definite plus
