Job description

An Engineering Consultancy company currently looking for a Consultant Resident Engineer preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University with a minimum of 15 years of demonstrable experience in a managerial or technical lead capacity in similar works, managing all aspects of construction management, supervision, project administration with a proven record of success of any kinds of building projects is a must.
• Member of an accredited Project Management Institution is a must and holding PMP Certification
• Must demonstrate the extent of his knowledge and experience in international construction/ contract law, contract administration procedure, staff management, and a perceptive understanding of Authorities procedures and capable of interpreting statutes, code ordinances and regulations.
• Must demonstrate experience in evaluation and constructability, technology deployment and solving technical problems that may arise during construction.
• Must have strong leadership to lead the project management team of interdisciplinary and successful fast-track delivery results.
• Knowledge and ability to understand, lead, make appropriate decision on the responsibilities to progress the work mentioned in each of the staff requirement responsibility.
• Must demonstrate proven fast-track delivery of similar projects and strong proactive leadership skills.
• Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with excellent capability written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills
• Must possess strong leadership qualities to lead and motivate a large team of multi-discipline technical and professional supervision staff.
• Computer skills are mandatory specifically Primavera, AutoCAD and Microsoft Applications
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
