Roles & Responsibilities

.As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales activities, developing commercial and clinical sales plans, and achieving growth and revenue goals for your assigned region joining Abiomed team, a leading provider of innovative medical technology in cardiovascular and circulatory support. This includes setting sales targets, hiring and training new employees, establishing effective communication channels, and handling complex negotiations. Responsabilities:

Direct the region s sales activities & develop Commercial and Clinical sales plan to fulfill the assigned growth and revenue goals of their region Responsible for ensuring maximum sales volume of the Company s products and services Set sales goals and forecasts and responsibility for hiring and training of new employees Develop strategies for launching new accounts and greater penetration in existing accounts Establish effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of sales Handle difficult sales negotiations, especially with largest prospects Build relationships with critical decision makers and KOL’S in the assigned area Participate in scientific conferences, congresses and trade fairs in Germany/Europe and Global Sales Meetings Maintain business expenses in accordance with company guidelines. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism. Ability to travel 80% within region required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree10+ experience in medical device cardiovascular space is a must.
  • 5 years of management experience of a field commercial team is required.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a growing sales team.
  • Ability to gain cooperation of others and lead team members.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strategic selling skills.
  • Ability to exercise judgment in selecting, methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, effectively and proficiency in English (fluent) and preferably fluent arabic
